• We accept Paypal only, it is fast, easy and safe.

• Product will be shipped only if full payment, including full shipping charge, has been received. Please note your postage & shipping charge cover the shipping / postage cost, handling and packing.

Shipping

• Most orders ship within 1-3 business days on payment received (except Holiday).
• Item shipped from Hong Kong using airmail by Hong Kong Post Office, reach most of the countries within 7 to 14 business days.
• Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may takes up to 20 business days.
• You are highly recommended to buy insurance for registered airmail to secure your item.
• For insured item only, tracking no. will be given for customer to check the shipping status online.
• We will send you an invoice immediately after the auction ends.
• After we ship the item, we will email you the shipping information, as well as your tracking number (for insured item only).

Return

• All items sold are brand new.
• If you receive a wrong or defective item please email us within 7 days from the date you receive the product:
• Later than 7 days the item cannot be accepted for return.
• If the order is defective we will send replacement to you and no additional charge. If the order is not found to be defective we will refund the product cost to you only. Shipping and handling are not refundable. All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are not refundable.
